All mail can be tracked in the system, including recording who made the delivery and who received it, and automatic notifications to recipient departments can be made. Full history and audit can be reported on.
The checking out of keys and vehicles can also be tracked in the system, including who checked it out and for what purpose. Everything is timestamped, including return of the item, and status of the item can be checked any time, with a full history audit of logging also available.
The system can track the audit and diary of vault closing, including dual authentication. Closing can be done via mobile tablet app as well. Full audit and history can be reported on.
Security officer logging includes the history of station checking-in and checking-out, making rounds and all security officer movements and actions. The system can report on historical security officer positioning, and interface with devices such as proxy pens to track location checking. Full audit and history is available.
Dashboards are available, showing things such as expiring documents, current and historical security officer locations, control room events and the viewing of all logs. Full reporting is available, including periodic reports, statistical reports, efficiency reports and log history.
