The MIMICS Shareholder Accounting & Transfer Agent system offers a full range of functionality for stock transfer agents, all at a competitive price point.
Functional highlights of the system include managing the issuance and maintenance of stocks and other equity instruments and derivatives. Security types handled include Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Stock Options, Rights, Warrants and Convertible Bonds. Employee Stock Option Programs can also be tracked.
The system tracks all transfers, sales and holder positions, and handles dividend payments. Payments can be made via many different payment options and in different currencies, configurable on the holder level. Stock Splits, Mergers, Bonus Shares and other corporate actions can be handled. The software can print certificates, receipts, confirmations, checks, mailing labels and other customizable templates. The software also facilitates tax reporting, both electronic and printed. Full reporting and audit functionality is included.
MIMICS also offers standard interfacing capabilities, including OTC, DTC, SIC and OFAC. We can also customize any other interfaces you might require, such as with your General Ledger or core processing system. We also offer assistance with data conversion to aid with the transition between your old software.
Additionally, the MIMICS Web Portal is a custom-built website that aesthetically mirrors your own, and can provide a range of functionality to meet your needs. It can be set up to allow access to shareholders, issuers, or both. A typical setup includes the following: Login Screen, Password Maintenance and Forgotten Password, Holdings View, Transactions History View, Documents Download and Contact Us. Proxy Voting is available, as well as any other functionality you wish to add.
