  • MIMICS Support Portal Update

    We are excited to announce a new update to our MIMICS Support Portal, which will be released on Saturday, October 3 at roughly 8AM EST.

    With this release comes a more intuitive design that makes contacting us easier and more streamlined for you. We have eliminated unnecessary fields and have simplified the navigation.

    The MIMICS Support Portal will now be responsive to your screen size, making it is easier to enter and manage your support requests from any computer, including tablets, phones and other mobile devices. You will also notice that your data tables will adjust to your screen size to eliminate horizontal scrolling. You will find other additional intuitive sorting features that will help you stay current with your support requests.

    We have tried to take into account all feedback we received from you regarding the support portal design. We appreciate all of our customers and want to make sure your user experience is as pleasant as possible.
