MIMICS’ Real Estate products include the MIMICS REO Management system for handling foreclosures from the beginning through the final disposition of the property. Real Estate can be managed, whether acquired by foreclosure or purchase with full management through the entire life cycle. The Property Management module enables the user to rent or lease property; maintain the property; receive income; make disbursements for upkeep, taxes, utilities, insurance and others; and provide for complete tenant management. As with other systems, the systems with the Real Estate group interface directly with the MIMICS Accounting Systems. One of the major accounting modules that may be used is the MIMICS Fixed Asset System that manages the fixed assets through maintenance, depreciation, and disposition.
