Financial Software Support Representative Albuquerque, New Mexico Updated on May 1, 2012 - position open until filled.
    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting clients over the phone and through our web conferencing system. The CSR will: 

  • Provide technical training for clients over the web or at the customer site.
  • Take support calls from clients and assist clients with their system problems or requests.
  • Prioritize problems and requests for product enhancement.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and programmers.
  • Test systems and modifications for clients.
  • Document procedures for clients using a Help authoring tool.
  • Design and "program" forms and reports for clients using ReportBuilder.
  • Travel for on-site installation and training.
Education/Work Experience Required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new material
  • Motivation to pursue a high-tech career
  • High school graduate
  • Ability to work on a computer
  • Proficiency in algebra
  • Good logic skills
  • Track record of reliability in previous employment

  • Maintain programs written in Borland Delphi
  • Write new programs in Borland Delphi
  • Write programs in the .NET environment
  • Assist the Customer Service Department with debugging & identifying problems
