ERP Software Suite

The MIMICS ERP Suite of products has been designed specifically for the financial industry. Customer accounts are set up describing all joint holders and their signing authority; all of the related portfolios, loan, checking, savings, and money market accounts; and other account-specific information. All question or complaints are logged and are tracked. Incident requiring follow up are tracked until resolution. It allows the user to analyze customer’s investment goals, investment history, holdings, and portfolio performance. The customer can log in to view their account status and performance. All communications with the customer is tracked and analyzed. Customers can place orders through a browser interface. These orders and other instructions interface with the finance and real estate products. Conversely, the collection process can be initiated by financial and real estate systems such as the loan servicing system and property management system, allowing the user to recover debts owed. To better assist, a work process flow module allows the user to define any process used by the company with the module then, according to the defined process, assign tasks; issue notifications including email notices on tasks to be accomplished; update data in the various modules; and report on the efficiency of the process. The accounting system interfaces with the CRM front end and the financial and real estate processes to fully capture all accounting information.
