MIMICS & Satyam
MIMICS is excited to announce our new alliance with Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), one of the five largest software services companies in India with over $2 billions in revenues. MIMICS' global alliance with Satyam will help us promote and license our Central Banking software products in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Our market share will grow beyond our current region, and our overseas resources will increase to meet new demands.

For our existing clients who are wondering how this will affect their relationships with MIMICS, rest assured that this marketing alliance will have zero impact on our current support resources and our overall quality of service. Satyam will not provide support to our current clients, and the marketing concentration is outside of North America. If you have any other questions, please give us a call.

  • System Cost/Benefit

MIMICS Global Reconciliation System
MIMICS Global Reconciliation System will reconcile any type of data such as checking accounts, custody accounts, or any type of numeric or character data. It is a highly flexible and extremely powerful system for reconciling multiple sets of data according to user definition. The reconciliation engine is configured by the user for each reconciliation, allowing tolerances to be set, errors to be processed according to user requirements, and error/mismatch processes to be spawned. These processes are tracked by the system, passing work to specific user work queues depending upon the user specifications.

There are four basic components to the MIMICS Global Reconciliation System. There is a set of interfaces for importing the data to be reconciled. Parameters andtolerances are set up by the user to control the reconciliation. The system reports on all matches that fall outside of the tolerances that are set. The reconciliation engine does the comparison, checks the tolerable limits, and processes errors. Among the types of errors processes spawned by mismatches are user-defined processesthat can assign tasks to multiple employees to assist them in the manual reconciliation and for finding solutions
