This system offers comprehensive annuity administration solutions by handling fixed, variable, and equity-indexed annuities, and tracking lump-sum payments and ongoing contributions for immediate or deferred annuities. The system accommodates different types of payouts, and it allows flexibility in the payout patterns for your customers' accounts, whether it is monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. These payments can be made by check or ACH. The system can run multi-user on a Windows or Novell network.
All of your customers' vital information can easily be accessed through a single screen where information such as primary and secondary contact information, beneficiaries' information, fee schedule, and contribution and payout status are held.
The system will track various types of fees and expenses that your organization charges your customers for the purchasing and managing of the annuities, both recurring and non-recurring fees.
The system will track commissions for your sales department according to each broker or sales representatives' commission rates, and it also handles override commissions.
With the MIMICS Annuities System your organization can easily manage the various annuities products that are sold to your customers and the maintenance of these annuities accounts. The system will track different interest rates, fees that are applied, and the contributions made in the accumulation phase and the payouts made in the annuitization phase.
